Using the Guest Portal
Glow Medispa’s Guest Portal allows you to:
- book online
- view previous visits
- view previous purchases of products and services
- check loyalty points
- check membership credits
- purchase gift certificates
- purchase memberships and packages
- edit your profile
- fill out the Glow intake form
If you have booked online in the past you already have an account. If you have never logged into the portal, all you need to do is create an account using the same email address you use for Glow reminders and receipts (Glow uses this email to know who you are). Use the Guest Portal at the top right of the menu above to access your account any time.
Once you create an account, click on your name at the top right of the Guest Portal page. Click on “My Account.” This opens the account menu with access to all of the above features.
To update your information: Click on “Profile” to change address or phone #, or password. At the bottom of the Profile page, you will see a link to your “Guest data.” This is the Glow intake form. If you have edits to your medications or allergies they can be entered here. If this is locked, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will unlock it for you.
