The number one question I’m asked at Glow is “What should I be doing every day for my skin?”
With so many products and ingredients, there is no single answer, BUT it is easy to follow a basic regimen that works for everyone. Start with great products packed with antioxidants. Avoid harmful irritants and other chemicals I call “the bad stuff. “Make sure the products you pick are designed for your skin type-Oily? Dry? Combination? Sensitive?

Cleansers: The cleanser should match your skin type. Pick a gentle cleanser for sensitive skin and a stronger one if you need to remove make-up.
Toners: since good cleansers these days don’t alter your skin’s pH, some people think they don’t need a toner. Well, that’s true, but if you find a great toner suited to your skin type it will hydrate and replenish your skin, reduce redness and help make your skin soft and silky.
Exfoliants: It is so important to exfoliate! Lactic or glycolic acids for dry to normal skin and salicylic acid for oily, blemish-prone skin. Read more about exfoliants here.
Serums: treat your skin with a serum filled with anti-oxidants and Vitamin C, stimulate collagen, reduce wrinkles, decrease redness. Serums can be catered towards anti-aging & skin lightening.
Retinol and Retin-A: Retinols are the most important and effective anti-aging ingredients you can add to your regimen. Read more about retinols here.
Moisturizers: Moisturizer with sun block is a must every morning! If you do nothing else! Read more about sun block and UV rays here. Some people may not need a moisturizer in the evening.
